The incubator
Octa HQ is an incubator. It builds the core capabilities that new companies need, referred to as Seeds, and incubates independent companies built on them, referred to as Fruits.
Octa Intelligence is the Seed responsible for intelligence. We build the technology every Fruit runs on, own the intellectual property behind it, and run the systems it depends on. Each Fruit is an independent business that takes a specific application of that technology to its own market, serving businesses, the public or both.
Each Fruit starts with a specific need in a specific market. We build the technology it needs, and we manage it.

Each Fruit uses the same six layers, from the Octa Methodology to code, AI, data, human verification and reality, and the same pricing: operational costs, plus a 20% fee. When a Fruit checks results on the ground and they differ from the model, we correct the model, and every Fruit built on it benefits.
How it worksOcta Models
Octa Models builds detailed models of a chosen area: its ground, water, air and sky, in 2D, in 3D and as searchable tables. Every value names its source. The models are built for projects such as solar plants, wind farms, water supplies and farms.
